North Haven Vacation Rentals gives you the opportunity of save thousands or to make thousands with our time share program.
Our properties will be rented out for around USD $150 to USD $200 at night, prices already in the low average range for the quality and locations of our properties, making North Haven a great decision for your next vacation in Costa Rica on the economic and logistics aspects alone, but on top of all that, North Haven is running a pre-construction offer with our limited time share program.
For basically have of the price of a week, North Haven will release limited amount of weeks for those who are open to commit on a five year agreement.
These lucky customer will receive 1 week per year for 5 years at a set price, not more that the current half price of a regular week, saving you thousands of dollars in your future vacations. In addition, if the customer decide not to spend his/her time with us, they can resell it for any amount that they want, or we can help with book it at our current prices, making this an amazing investment with huge returns. Not being this enough, we can finance in house your purchase.
